Donna Eden's Energy Medicine techniques are the most effective tools I have found for balancing our energy systems so you can get on with life and embark on a deeper healing journey. An initial healing session will assess your needs, balance your systems, and give you some techniques to use to keep yourself in balance. Each session is personalized according to what you need. You will:

• super-charge your energy field and learn to keep it strong!
• get an energy boost that's better than caffeine!
• learn how to keep yourself from taking on others' energies
• tone up your systems so that they are working a peak capacity (such as digestion, immune system, etc.)
• achieve deep relaxation, reduce cortisol levels using the "Diving for the Black Pearl" treatment for the hypothalamus (optional)
• chakra balancing and clearing, meridian clearing, and other options also available

90 minutes is recommended for the first session, but is not a requirement. On-going healing therapy is also available for those in long-term or major change at special pricing. Contact me for more information.

Heal yourself from the inside out by uprooting a problem at its source. We will use the astrological chart, and any of a number of techniques to clear your energy field (including chakra tuning, sound healing, awareness release technique (ART) and more) to create a whole new You! 90 minutes is recommended for the first session, but is not a requirement.
